Everything from pattern to packing
We’re a sewing-focused factory with in-house pattern making on Optitex CAD — so your programme moves from concept to retail-ready garments with fewer hand-offs and tighter quality control. Printing and embroidery are arranged through trusted partner decorators, coordinated by our team.
In-house CAD & pattern making
Optitex CAD for pattern making, grading, marking and on-site resizing. Consistent graded patterns and efficient markers mean cleaner fits and less waste.
Cut & sew production
A dedicated single-floor knit line of 150+ JACK industrial machines — t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies and jersey and pique basics.
Private-label finishing
Your woven labels, care labels, hangtags, size and composition marking, and retail-ready packaging. Garments arrive branded and shelf-ready.
Decoration via partners
Screen print, embroidery and appliqué are arranged through trusted partner decorators near Gaindakot and coordinated by our team, inside your lead time.
Quality control — AQL 2.5
In-line and final inspection to AQL 2.5 (2.5 major / 4.0 minor) or your level, covering stitching, measurements and finish. Every defect is logged digitally to the operation and operator.
QR bundle tracking
Our own factory ERP: every bundle is scanned through every operation in real time, with live piece-count reconciliation from cutting to packing.
Fabric & trims sourcing
Flexible sourcing of fabric and trims (mainly from China), OEKO-TEX-certified fabric on request, and export documentation handled for you.

Printing and embroidery
We don’t run print or embroidery machines in-house. Instead, decoration is arranged through trusted partner decorators, and our team coordinates artwork, strike-offs, approvals and the quality check when garments come back to the floor — so you still deal with one supplier.
02Compliance & export
Fabric in, garments out
Fabric and trims are sourced flexibly — mainly from China — and the garment is made in Nepal. We prepare the export documents and ship worldwide by sea or air.
Cutting and sewing in Nepal confers origin for the EU, UK, Canada and Japan, so garments land at 0% duty even though the fabric is imported, with the origin statement supplied under our REX registration. The USA is not duty-free. Tell us your market and we’ll confirm what applies.
