HeldRegistered exporter with the Government of Nepal — a licensed factory, not a trading desk.

Registered in the EU REX system. We make out the statement on origin on your invoice so you can claim 0% duty. Email-confirmed buyers can view and verify our number.

HeldIssued where a market requires one (e.g. via FNCCI for India), alongside the invoice declaration for the EU and UK.

The terms, in plain English
- REX
- The EU’s Registered Exporter system. A REX-registered exporter writes a “statement on origin” on the invoice, which lets the importer claim preferential (0%) duty — it replaced the paper Form A.
- EBA
- Everything But Arms — the EU scheme giving least-developed countries like Nepal duty-free, quota-free access for everything except arms.
- DCTS
- The UK’s Developing Countries Trading Scheme — the post-Brexit equivalent of the EU’s preferences, with 0% on garments from Nepal.
- amfori BSCI
- A social-compliance audit framework many EU retailers require for onboarding. It produces a findings report and rating, not a pass/fail certificate.
- Sedex / SMETA
- SMETA is the audit method; Sedex is the platform that stores the result. Preferred by many UK buyers.
- OEKO-TEX Standard 100
- A product-safety label: the fabric is tested for harmful substances. It certifies the textile, not the factory.
- AQL 2.5
- Acceptable Quality Limit — a statistical sampling standard for inspecting finished goods. 2.5 for major defects is the apparel-industry norm.

- AQL 2.5 inspection — every order, in-line and final.
- Social audits (BSCI, SMETA) — not yet held.
