Nepal-made knitwear enters the EU, UK, Canada and Japan at 0% import duty under least-developed-country preferences, and cutting and sewing here confers origin even with imported fabric. Against around 12% standard EU and UK duty on knitwear from China, that is a real landed-cost gap — and as a REX-registered exporter we put the origin statement that claims it on every invoice.
