Want samples made to your own tech pack instead? Request a quote — sampling takes 7–14 days.

Is the kit price refunded?

It isn’t refunded on its own, but the full US$79 is credited against your first bulk order with us — so if you order, the kit was free.

Are the samples made to my own design?

No — the kit shows our standard production: our fabrics, stitching, trims and finish. Samples made to your tech pack take 7–14 days and are quoted separately; the kit helps you decide before that step.

Will I pay import duty or VAT on the kit?

Trade samples usually clear simply, but your country may charge import VAT or a courier handling fee on arrival. We declare the kit accurately as commercial samples.

Which countries do you send kits to?

Anywhere DHL Express or FedEx delivers — including the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Japan and Australia.

How do I pay?

There’s no payment on this page. Within one working day we email you a secure payment link (card or PayPal) or our bank details, and ship once it’s paid.
